The information we cover here will explain why you need to do this process this way. Please bear with us and read this entire page before you try to click anywhere and go any further in the process.
Sandestin has plenty of housing.
They offer a wide variety of types, at different locations within the resort, and covering a wide range of costs. You can see them all on their website at Sandestin.com.
CFN has committed along with Sandestin to set aside a large block of the more moderately priced units.
We negotiated and set aside these units in hopes that they would be relatively more affordable for our group, and to keep those not with our group from booking them before our group had a chance to do so. These are nice 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units within the resort.
CFN has guaranteed Sandestin that we would book at least a minimum dollar amount of housing. We do not have to fill up just these blocked units.
Dollars spent on these units count toward our guaranteed minimum. Dollars spent with Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort on other units that are not within our block also count toward our minimum purchase, as long as their system has our Private Group Code associated with the reservation.
Sandestin has a really nice state of the art website to help you in your selection process.
Their website uses Public Marketing Codes that work for anyone that finds them. It also uses Private Group Codes that only work for special groups that know how to use them. Our code is a Private Group Code.
The codes work differently. This is how they work.
Their website will show you our blocked more affordable rooms IF IT IS TOLD our Private Group Code before it starts showing you room choices.
Or......!!!
Their website will show you EVERYTHING they have available if you DO NOT tell it our Private Group Code before it starts showing you room choices.
But! It will not swap back and forth and tell you both types of searches at the same time!
You must choose what type of search you want to do before you go the the website.
For example ...
You can click on the link we give you that tells the Sandestin.com website our Private Group Code and it will show you all of the room types that are available to choose from. If you find one that will work, you can complete the process and you are done with the booking. 🙂
If you do not find a good match, and you tell it to search for something else… (maybe a 4 bedroom unit, or something on the beach, etc.) …. it will tell you that none are available. That is probably not accurate! There may be units like you want available, but they were not part of the units we set aside with our code.
On the other hand ...
You can go to their website, enter your dates, and search and find a room you want. Then if you try to enter our Private Group Code it will tell you that the room is unavailable and not let you book with the code. That is not accurate! You can book any room you choose that shows available, but just not automatically through their website.
All you have to do is call their 1-800-320-8115 number and have one of their booking agents assist you with booking the room AND adding our 24M2FD code to the booking.
Tell them that you are booking with Common Faith Network and you need our code added to the booking.
They can do it on their system. You cannot do it through the website.

The Second Link will take you to the Sandestin.com website without our code and allow you to search the site for everything they have.

Close all your browser windows, open a fresh browser window, return here to this page, and then click on the type search you want to do next.
It is very simple, but you MUST close all browser windows between searches to correctly re-set the Sandestin.com website from one search style to the other.
