This year we will return to the Boardwalk Beach Hotel and Convention Center for our joyful celebration of God’s Feast of Tabernacles and the Eighth Day.

Panama City Beach has an abundance of family-friendly housing.
You can book condo or onsite hotel reservations through Royal American Beach Getaways (https://www.rabeachgetaways.com/) and by calling them at their onsite 850-234-3484 number (they have a small onsite staff for reservations), or calling their 800-224-4853 number which connects you with their call center. If you book by phone, you can get a small discount.
You are not limited – you may go through one of the online rental agencies, such as BestBeachGetaways.com, BookThatCondo.com, VRBO.com, hometogo.com, vacasa.com, southernresorts.com – and many others.
Shop around – you might find some great deals!
Royal American Beach Getaways manages 58 condos at the Boardwalk (next door) and 9 at the Majestic (approximately 1 mile away.)
They have renovated a number of on-site hotel rooms, some with a kitchenette and all right next to the beach and our where services, seminars and youth activities are held.
The Boardwalk Condominiums are next door to the Convention Center – book by telephone and get a small discount. They have told us that the CFN rates are available for the days of the actual event, and up to 5 days before and 5 days after. Tell them you are booking for “The Feast of Tabernacles” – when they enter that, our block of condos will show up.
When using their website: – (https://www.rabeachgetaways.com/) – The condos are blocked for our group during the 10/16-23 time, so if you go to their website, put in a date before and after that time period to see the condos that are available.
When you talk to the reservation agent, they will let you know if the unit is available. The website does not reflect true availability.

From 9 AM – 5 PM CST on Monday – Fridays, the staff at the Convention Center can handle your reservations by calling 850-234-3484 and select option 2 (this will get you to the condo/welcome center front desk), or 3 (this will get you to the hotel/convention center front desk), they can assist you or transfer you to our on-site reservation team.
The 800-224-4853 line goes to a call center/after-hours reservation site. If you call on the weekends or after five, this is likely where your call will go for reservations.
Here are the room rates. There are extra fees and taxes noted below. For condo rentals, the Resort Fee listed covers the first 3 days of a reservation – there is a $20 per day fee for additional days. (Plus taxes, cleaning fees, etc.)
