Agile is a method where the team shows transparency, inspection (examining yourself) and adaptation. It can be a very powerful experience where the team makes decisions. All items are decided by the team. The team’s facilitator is a scrum master. The Scrum Master is a primarily a servant leader who empowers the team by getting obstacles out of the way.
What does Agile have to do with all our relationships especially the marriage relationship – we are a team and the values of commitment, focus, openness, respect and courage are key to relationships.
