Between ages 60-70 there is a rapid decline in health and the curve continues sharply between ages 70-80. Our cells and tissues are wearing out too fast. Society feeds our pursuit of youth through advertisements through social media. There are many sources ready to take your money to make the outside body look younger, but shouldn’t we be looking at the shape of the inside.
