In A Bad Day, God Has the Final Say

This sermon is planned to be given at the 2022 Feast of Tabernacles Celebration sponsored by Common Faith Network at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, FL.

One thing everybody has in common are bad days. Medical issues will test our physical bodies. Lies and gossip challenge our spiritual strength.

Bad days happen, but having the right perspective will shape our response to its challenges and provide us the comfort needed to endure.

We will invite a lesser known prophet into the room to bring us an encouraging word as we prepare to clear the obstacles in our lives.

Herb Hanson is pastor of the Detroit congregation of Church of God International where he lives with his wife Anika, and their five children. They directed the INFUSE program for CGI and helped produce the church magazine. Herb is part of the Ministerial Apprenticeship Program of CGI.
