Writers composed the Bible over 1,500 years in three different languages for various cultures at different times.

How do some of the arcane passages that made perfect sense to the original audiences relate to us some 2,000 years after the last book appeared?

This message examines the history and cultural background of a selection of some of these enigmatic statements, exploring their relevance to us today.
