Here is a mystery: our heart of stone leads us in the ways of the flesh, but a heart of flesh leads us in the ways of the Spirit. In this seminar we will explore how eating the fruit in the garden of Eden changed our nature, including changing our hearts to ones encased in stone. That is why the bible repeatedly tells us that we need to circumcise and change our stony hearts (e.g., Jer: 4:4, Ezek:36:26). “And the Lord your God will circumcise your heart and the heart of your descendants, to love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, that you may live.” (Deut: 30:6).
