“A Grassroots Movement of Cooperation and Unity by The People of God”

You have Answers. Good. I have Questions.

This seminar is to be given at the 2020 Winter Family Weekend sponsored by Common Faith Network at Tanglewood Resort in Pottsboro, TX.

I always want to be on the mountaintop, but someone once reminded me that the mountaintops are rocky, and have no growth.  The view is great, but what will it do for me? A view gives me a glimpse of my next destination-my next point of interest. The view can stir my soul—give me a thirst for adventure—but to hit that target, I must come off the mountain, go through the valley, and begin to climb the next slope. It is in the valley that I plough through nature’s garden—with its abundant vegetation and rich soil—planting, weeding, cultivating and becoming what enables me to summit life’s next peak.

I have one body for my entire life. I made a commitment long ago to take exceptional care of my one body because I did not want to inevitably become another statistic in the great line of those before me. By making the time to care for my health, sickness and disease (some say dis-ease) may try to come in but it cannot take root and grow.

Come with me through a time in a valley of my life. Let us plant seeds, weed together, reach moments together, cultivate a growth over a fixed mindset, clarify our purpose for being on this planet, and share our purpose by connecting and with accountability.
