Q. I heard that Florida has lifted COVID Business restrictions.  What are the details?
A.  Yes.  Florida’s Governor has lifted all business restrictions.
Q. When and where will Worship Services be held?
A.   Sandestin Linkside Conference Center Ballroom

158 Sandestin Blvd N, Destin, FL 32550

Services will be daily at 11:00 am.

Q. Will I be required to wear a mask to attend services?
A.   No

No one will be required to wear a mask at the CFN Feast site. However, we will welcome those who feel a need to wear personal protective equipment [PPE] such as masks.

Q.
Will there be a separate area available for those who wish to wear a mask and are not comfortable being around those who do not?
A.   Yes

As mentioned above, the main ballroom where services will be held is designated “Masks Optional”.  However, we will have up to 7 overflow rooms available with extra seating for more intense “Social distancing”.  These rooms will be connected to services via live video and audio.  At least one of these rooms will be considered “Masks Required” for those that wish to have that environment.  We may expand that number of “Masks Required” rooms as needed based upon the needs that arise to accommodate the group.

Q. Will CFN Feast Attendees be the only people present at the facilities?
A.   No

We do not have exclusive use of the buildings.  We have exclusive use of the rooms we are using, but other parties will be using other rooms while we are having services.

Q. Will we be taking peoples  temperatures as they enter the facility?
A.   No

As mentioned above, we do not have exclusive use of the buildings.  No one will be required to submit to any type of examination.

Q. Can sick people attend?
A.   Of course not….

The biblical injunctions we have practiced for years apply.  If you are sick, or just showing symptoms that may indicate illness, please show love for your brothers and quarantine yourself away from the group activities.  You can watch services live via our internet feeds.  We prefer that the sick quarantine themselves.  (Not the well… 🙂 )

Q. Will there be assigned seating for services?
A.   No.

We will not be requiring seating assignments. Seating for services will be on a first come, first served basis.

Q. Can I save seats for others?
A.   Yes, but….

Please only save seats for people that you know are coming and have asked you to do so.  Please do not save seats “Just in case”.

Q. Are you providing any PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) measures for attendees?
A.   Not Really.

We expect everyone to take personal responsibility for their own health and as such each person should plan to provide any PPE for their own use. However, we do plan to have hand sanitizing stations on-site and will make a limited number of disposable face masks available for those who request them.

Q. What about “social distancing” as far as seating for services?
A.   Yes and No.

The main ballroom will have regular seating and wide aisles.  For any attendees who are not contagious, but feel the need to isolate themselves physically while attending in-person, we will have remote rooms set up with more spacing for social distancing in which they may watch the service with full video and audio connections.

As we have stated over and over, if you are contagious, it is your responsibility and DUTY to not attend.  We would also request that you stay away if you are showing symptoms that may be interpreted as being sick.  If you have a question about whether you should attend or not, you should probably stay away, especially this year.

Q. Will there be singing at the CFN Feast, or will there be restrictions on congregational and/or choir singing?
A.   Yes and No.

We do plan to sing praises to our Heavenly Father, and Jesus Christ His Son, at the 2020 Feast of Tabernacles. In addition to congregational singing, we also plan to have a small chorale group singing on stage, along with a band accompaniment.

Q. Will personal interaction between people be allowed?
A.   Yes.

We expect everyone in attendence to take personal responsibility for their own health.  This also applies to interaction with others.

Please be aware that many attending may not want to automatically hug everyone they meet and honor their wishes.

Q. Will you be doing a memorial slide show of loved ones that have died this year?
A.   Yes.

We will have a memorial slide show again this year. It will be shown on the 8th day of the Feast.

Q. If I cannot attend in person, is there a way for me to experience the CFN audience fellowship?

Q. If I cannot attend in person and want to donate to help out the cause, can I do so?
A.   Yes.

Since Common Faith Network represents a collaborative effort between churches, congregations, ministries, and individuals, it is not funded in the normal way with tithes and offerings as a group.

If you wish to support CFN financially, it will be most welcome and appreciated.

The finances for CFN are handled by the Church of God Cincinnati.
