We at Common Faith Network are preparing for a joyful celebration of the Feast of Tabernacles at the beautiful Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Below you will find information regarding housing in and around the area.
Many members will choose to stay in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort which is serving as the host venue for our meetings.
The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a 2,400 acre resort collection of 1,250 vacation rentals including studios to 4-bedroom units, condos, homes, villas and penthouses, giving you an enticing array of options.
You also have four resort areas to choose from including Beachside, Bayside, Lakeside, and the Village stretching from a postcard-perfect beach to tranquil Choctawhatchee Bay. Pick your location! (see the resort & tram route map below). Free Tram service will be available to those staying within the Sandestin Resort to help with the “morning commute” to services.
Services will be in the Linkside Ballroom located within the Linkside Conference Center. It is indicated red arrow within the red circle on this image.

NEARBY PROPERTIES
Other options outside of the resort are also available. Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort shares a property line with Sandestin and offers condos and villas, as well. Some CFN folks are booking with Hidden Dunes Beach and Tennis Resort which is also nearby.
Your CFN planning team has arranged a group discount with Newman-Dailey Resort Properties of Miramar Beach. They manage over 300 resort properties including the Hidden Dunes property nearby to Sandestin. ALREADY BOOKED, BUT NEED TO RELOCATE?
Vacasa (formerly ResortQuest/Wyndam) has confirmed to our Feast family that there will NOT be a fee to switch current rentals to a different location, and they will still honor the 10% discount for CFN members. So if you want to move your reservation to a location closer to the Feast site at Sandestin, go for it! You must call the local reservation office for Vacasa at 800-380-4808 and say you are with Common Faith Network to receive the group discount with Vacasa. Individuals may look up the units and rates online, but to claim the group discount, it will be necessary to call them on the reservations line.
OTHER HOUSING OPTIONS TO CONSIDER
Many members of our CFN family find great rates on vrbo.com, airbnd.com, and homeaway.com. You will want to search for Miramar Beach to find properties close to the feast site. You will be able to search specifically for units available in the Sandestin Resort, or other specific local properties by utilizing the advanced search options on the various sites.
Don’t be deterred by a Saturday to Saturday only rental. Reach out to the owner or property manager, many will make exceptions.
