Florida, with its abundance of condominium rental housing and willingness to host large events, has become a magnet for conferences and conventions. The industry has gone through a dramatic shift, with prices rising dramatically and many venues tying event space to a minimum of rooms booked through them. This practice has become nearly universal and, of course, impacts the Feast.
How You Can Help Everyone
As you can imagine, such excellent facilities in this idyllic setting come at a premium price. The good news is that the cost of the meeting facility is reduced by one dollar for every dollar you spend on housing (not including taxes and fees). By simply booking your accommodations at Sandestin through Sandestin directly, you make the entire facility affordable for the Feast!

How We Can Help You
We understand that Sandestin is one of the more expensive options for housing. We would like to help by offering you a discount, in the form of a rebate for 20% of the housing cost (excluding taxes and fees). Since Meeting Space Rental is tied to housing bookings, doing this allows the group to help with the meeting space cost instead of those booking Sandestin housing bearing the brunt of the cost of the facility. We hope that by doing this, we will encourage more brethren to book housing here so we do not have to pay for housing costs that we do not use.
How The Rebate Works
It is not automatic. This rebate will be made available by applying for it when you report your housing booking as part of the registration process through our website. After you have booked with Sandestin, Click the greene button below to register your attendance and report your booking. If you desire a rebate, you may request one on that form.
Rebate checks will be mailed out after the 2022 Feast is completed. We hope that by offering this discount, as many as possible will be able to enjoy the Sandestin resort while helping to cover the facility costs. It is a win/win situation!

Reservations made in any other manner, even for property within the grounds of the Sandestin Resort, do not qualify to help our contracted housing minimum.
To help defray our costs, you must book directly with Sandestin either via their website or their 1-800-320-8115 reservation system and SPECIFY the Common Faith Network Group Code 24M2FD when booking your reservations. This will allow for your housing to count against the CFN housing minimum.
Let us repeat, any other manner or system of reserving housing does not qualify to help cover our costs,
EVEN IF THE ACCOMMODATION IS LOCATED WITHIN SANDESTIN.
Reservations not made on the Sandestin.com website and/or without the CFN group code do not qualify for the rebate.
