Bill Jacobs and his wife, Elaine, live in Gardnerville, Nevada, where they manage LifeResource Ministries, a not-for-profit supporting the Church of God. The ministry has produced hundreds of topics on Christian living, youth advocacy, family, parenting and mental health issues.
